Trail Mix


Trail Mix Oat Bran:

1/3 Cup Oat Bran
1 Cup Water
Handful of Raisins
7 Almonds
1 Mashed Banana
1/4 Cup Vanilla Hemp Milk
Dash of Flax Seed

Cook Oat Bran with water....when cooked..add mashed banana, hemp milk, flax seed. Serve on top of a bed of raisins! Top with almonds.
Yummy! This perfect carb/protein mix lasted me all spin class, woot woot!

After class I had half a Ezekiel English Muffin with almond butter and raisins and two egg whites. I gotta get to work, will post pictures of veggie pizza I'm making tonight! xoxo
