Summer Time

Finally its summer! I woke up to a beautiful sky of sunshine and an bowl of homemade Grawnola. I added a frozen whipped banana and topped it with hemp milk.

After I did a quick run I refueled with a beautiful Gala Apple.

Lunch:

Spring Almond "Cheese" Spinach Salad and a side of Basil Cauliflower "Rice"

Salad:
  • 1 Cup Baby Spinach
  • 1/4 Cucumber, Sliced
  • Baby Carrots, Chopped
  • 5 Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
  • Almond Garlic and Herb Cheese
  • 5 Basil Leafs, Chopped
  • 1 Spoonful of Red Hummus
  • Balsamic & EVOO
  • Salt & Pepper

Rice:

  • 1/2 Large Cauliflower
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 4 Basil Leafs
  • Salt & Pepper

Pulse in food processor until fully mixed.
