Good Notes

Sorry for disappearing! I just got back from a much needed mini getaway with my family. We spent the time trying new vegan restaurants, listening to Jason Mraz wanna-be street singers, getting lost in f21 stores and driving way too late at night to find the fireworks in the sky. Yep us three amigos had a great time!

On the long long drive I snacked on a Peanut Butter Cookie Lara Bar and tried a Soy Chai for the first time in eight months. Boy...long gone are the days I crave for these babies...blah!


I was then treated to the best Vegan Restaurant on the planet....

(Sesame Seed Salt) We ordered a hummus appetizer with a trio of veggies...mmmm


Then I ordered what the waiter described as "heaven", Red pepper sunflower spread + guacamole + veggies in a collar wrap with a side of cilantro lime dip, yep...it was heaven!! Best meal I've ever had!

Dessert was Coconut Yogurt topped with Almond and Coconut Flakes

  2. that "heaven" wrap thing looks amazing, and pinkberry is the best, i love the green tea with coconut and blueberries so good! looks like you had a great time, and that ring is gorgeous.
