Trader Joe's was selling the most juicy looking peaches this week by the case...so of course I had to buy some! I put together a little Brunch Breakfast Peach Parfait..layers of agave drizzled peaches, European oats with raisins and Fage yogurt. So summery and sweet! I have some great ideas for these peaches...peach and cheese sandwich...peach and almond butter pancakes or peach french toast with cinnamon maple syrup...shall I go on? Gotta go...a Starbucks Chai Creme Frap is waiting :)
Things to look forward to this week:

i love peaches, i had the best peach salad the other day with the rest of the peach on a slice of bread with raw almond butter that was so good, and inspired by no one other than the lovely maggie, from your my menu section on your blog, which by the way i love all your ideas... :) i think as maya said we must get that peach butter from the farmers market this thursday! that would be so good on sammies or pancakes(that i am going to make i swear lol) ;)
ReplyDeletewell i love all stone fruits in the fall, plumz, peaches, nectarines...so delicious, i was thinking of making a fruit compote for on yogurt or on my oatmeal, with apple, pear, plum and peaches what else would be good in that hmmm maybe some ginger idk i will brain storm, but i cant beat all your amazing breakfasts and ideas as Maya and Devan said can you come be my personal breakfast maker?! ;)
