Surprise! I'm back to share a little something special I made for lunch....



How to make the perfect Saturday Sweet & Savory Sandwich:
(Inspired by Amy)
  • 2 pieces of Trader Joe's Quinoa Bread
  • 1 glob of Garlic Hummus
  • 3 Sunshine Yellow Baby Tomatoes
  • Baby Spinach
  • 1 tbsp Apple Juice Sweetened Cranberries
  • Black Pepper

Layer and plate with a side of Carrots and White Chocolate Wonderful PB.

    love your sammie, i had a similar lunch kinda,only for the fact that i had cranberries in my sandwich ;) i had avocado and roasted butternut squash and cranberries and spinach and sprouts on Ezekiel bread, so good, but i love your lunch, and i love the addition of the wc wonderful with the carrots such a great idea!

  2. love ur lunch such a coincidence i had a sandwich quite similar for lunch today, avocado, butternut squash, sprouts and cranberries on ezekiel bread :) love sweet and savory and adding dried fruit to savory dishes is such a favorite!

  5. That sandwich looks great! Tomatoes and hummus are fabulous. I've never tried quinoa bread, but I'll check it out the next time I'm at TJ's!

  9. Maggie - Thank you for the sweet award and mention! I, too, have a huge love for Paris and the Eiffel Tower. My room was decorated with all Paris stuff from mid-highschool through college. I still have a mini Eiffel Tower on my nightstand and a pendant around my neck. :)
