
Toasted Quinoa Hummus Almond Cheese Sandwich with Baby Carrots

Sometimes I get hungry while I make sandwiches....which results in eating the bread before I finish...hehe
By the time I was finished with work I was starving so I whipped together exactly what I was craving. Three ingredients that make pretty much the best shake ever..peanut butter, banana, almond milk.

Dinner came around quiet quickly but because of drinking that shake earlier I had less of an appetite. Nevertheless I pushed on and made myself a plate of everything I thought looked tasty. An Garden Burger with Yam Discs, Cucumber Slices and Carrots.

Tomorrow is going to be sooo exciting! I picked up a bunch of new goodies at the grocery store that I can't wait to use in my meals this weekend. And I have a surprise for yall!
I'd love to talk more but I have a family movie night that I must be attending and Kettle Korn that I must be crunching!
