My photography has been suffering this week due to bad weather , rain rain go away! :) If you've noticed lately I've been toying around with raw foods. For personal reasons I decided this week to eat only vegan and raw foods. Being that it was always my ultimate goal to become vegan when I went vegetarian I thought it was time to try it again. If you don't know already I suffer from hypoglycemia, like so many people, that my diet needs a constant good source of protein. That's where eggs and dairy come in...they are my blood sugar's staples and often saved me during dizzy spells. But lately I've been doing my research and my homework on good protein sources in a vegan/raw diet so I feel well prepared. Just to clarify I'm just eating this way for a week but after I will continue to incorporate vegan/raw foods with my other vegetarian meals. I'm not one to let go my beloved yogurt!
