I Found Beauty

I found..

Chocolate Fig VitaTop, Optimum Blueberry Ceral and Vanilla Oiko's

Sometimes meals don't need a direction, sometimes a bowl needs to be filled with things that are craved. Even if the flavors don't coincide, its what you want, and that is beautiful.

I found..

Cinnamon Applesauce and Barbara's Vanilla Animal Cookies

Sometimes snacks don't need an excuse besides wanting to eat something pallet pleasing. There is no time like the present, why not eat in it? I stopped planning future meals, and that is beautiful.

Walnut Butter Date Roll

Almond Butter and Baby Carrots

I found,

Sauteed Lemon Spinach Chickpea Salad on top of Homemade Basil Sauce and a side of Yams

Sometimes meals include once feared natural carbohydrates, sodium and sugar. God created these things for nourishment and happiness. I am learning to appreciate what has been created by enjoyment and that is beautiful.

I found,

Deep Chocolate VitaTop with Trader Joe's Tart Frozen Yogurt

Sometimes late night sweets don't need rhyme or a reason besides bonding with your sibling over a pint of frozen yogurt and a shaker of sprinkles. I went to bed with a happy tummy and a smile on my face. And that my friends...that is beautiful.

What have you found beautiful lately?
