
A "French" Bagel stuffed with Spiced Pumpkin Cream Cheese
(Eliza, I ran out of figs so I went with pumpkin!)

How to make deconstructed Pumpkin Cheese Cake:
Take one hemp bagel and slice it thinly into three pieces of toast.Then soaked the toast into a egg white, ginger and vanilla mixture. On a hot pan allow to cook on each side for 2 minutes. For the pumpkin cream cheese whip together Tofutti plain cream cheese with pumpkin puree, cinnamon, nutmeg and a bit of agave nectar. After stuffing each level of the bagel drizzle a thin glaze of warm agave nectar. Top with Apple Juice Soaked Cranberries and a dust of cinnamon.
