Saturday

Rosemary

This morning I felt really drawn to cooking with herbs so I decided to make Thin Lemon Pancakes with Rosemary Sauteed Apples and Salted Agave Syrup. I think rosemary often gets looked over as being a herb for savory dishes but it brings such a beautiful flavor to sweet things also. It came out quiet lovely!
It probably didn't help that this pancake mix is probably my favorite kind ever. So fluffy and the warmth of the flax seed pairs perfectly with the fresh flavor of the citrus.

Aren't you dying to try some already? No worries, the awesome people from Flax Matters are giving away two great prizes to one winner so they can have their Life Celebration Pancakes too!!
This afternoon I will post how you can enter the giveaway so check back!

Have a wonderful Saturday!
