
Cereal Cake of Millet Rice and Warm Creme of Vanilla Brown Rice and Hemp Milk. With a taste trio of Newman's Prunes, Banana Cinnamon Slices and a Date Heart Thrive Cake.

Hello! The brilliant miss Amy gave me the great idea to make a "Cereal Cake" for breakfast this morning and I thought I'd share my spin on it. First I picked out a cereal that had flakes and I knew the perfect kind..Nature's Path Millet Rice! Then whipped up a creme of sorts with vanilla brown rice protein, cinnamon and plain hemp milk. While I let it warm up on the stove I sliced some bananas and picked out a thrive cake for the side. Once the creme was all mixed and warm I poured it on the cereal. Before I slurped up all the milk and put in the fridge I took a picture. After ten minutes I took it out and crumbled the heart thrive and topped it with the banana. I have to say that the rice texture of the cereal really made it different then I expected..not cardboard like but resembled thick oats...loved it! And the date heart thrive has to be my second favorite flavor besides the apple. Yum! Breakfast this morning was a success, what a great recipe! Obviously Amy's quiet the little cake"baker"!
