



Coconut Oats and Chocolate Buckwheat Crispies with a cup of White Chocolate Coffee- a play off of Maya's choice of "Rice Crispy Treats"
Coconut Oats:
1/3 cup Oat Bran
1 cup Water
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 banana, mashed
1 tsp EV Coconut Oil
Allow water to boil then add oat bran and leave on medium high heat. After two minutes lower to medium and add vanilla extract. When water starts to be absorbed add coconut oil and mashed bananas. Set on simmer and place a top on the pot. Allow to sit for three minutes and in a separate bowl make the crispies.
Chocolate Buckwheat Crispies:
3 tbsp Soaked and Dehydrated Buckwheat groats, they are puffy
1/2 tbsp Dark Chocolate Powder
1 1/2 tbsp Rice Mellow Fluff
1 tsp Agave Nectar
Make a canal on the spoon of the rice mellow and drop into the chocolate sugar mixture. Pat mixture on each side. It will resemble a round patty at this point. Drizzle with agave and place on top of oats. Swirl in warm coconut oats. Devour!
