Nom nom nom. Cookies and Cereal. This girl is happy. But not just because of the food...I'm truly at a loss of words from how much kindness and love I've been receiving via comments and emails. Thank you from the bottom of my heart..I cannot express it enough. Sometimes the trials I choose not to mention publicly that I undergo daily are challenging but when I wake up and read the words that you kind soul's express to me...they just build me up when I feel so broken down. I feel so much love!
Now before I get all teary I must share with you a dorky little video my sister and I put together over the weekend. I can't say its the best, like fashion posts I think I'll stick with food photography, but I gave it a go. Enjoy! Ps: my hands are red because the tile was icy cold!
On another note I'm going through that pre-spring clothing syndrome where everything I own I pretty much want to either sell or trade for other bright clothes. Its horrible but I think I'm going to take a few bags down to the local trader and pick up some much needed basics at American Apparel. Cranberry hoodie and peach jersey dress be mine. If your in the area some pre loved vintage goodies are going too. Before I go do not forget to enter my lovely giveaway...the dateline was extended and please leave all giveaway comments there instead of upcoming posts!!
Positivity Note January 14 2010: 1. We can't choose our circumstances but we can choose our positive outlook within those trials. 2. Learning to be my own best friend instead of my worst enemy was the biggest struggle yet. 3. Thinking about my family in Haiti brings me to tears because I wish I could be down there and help but I have hope in the future.
