Hello party of flavors! And you know if you want to have the most fun you invite the best. So I pulled out all the stops and gave a little invite to vanilla, chocolate and coconut.
Vanilla Bean Pancakes Topped with Coconut Oil and Cinnamon. With a side of Cookie Dough Coconut Ice Cream and a teacup of Chocolate Infused Coffee
The fluffy pancakes danced with the rich ice cream until I broke it up and invited some bittersweet baking chocolate chips to the plate. Even the coffee had some fun with a bit of ice cream mixed in later on.
Funny story, I've been hiding the last of the ice cream for a few days now since everyone seems to steal the good stuff. I had to tell everyone I already ate out of it and was saving the outside carton a project....in the freezer.. Hehehh >:) I did get several blank stares while I scooped some out and started plating it besides my pancakes this morning but my sister, being my late night dessert accomplice, totally understood and asked for some for her cereal. She rocks!
So your probably wondering why the party especially in the middle of the week. Right?
