Raw Cake and Vegan Thursdays

Raw Raspberry Cheesecake with a side bowl of Cardamom Greek Yogurt, Banana and Pumpkin Seed Granola.

My favorite thing about raw recipes is that anytime of the day they are appropriate. Say for instance you wake up and crave cheesecake for breakfast..no problem there just serve up a slice and enjoy! And that's pretty much what took place this morning. I didn't even let it unthaw because it was just that delicious ice cold. What can I say I love me some cashew "cheese"! I actually was speaking with a friend the other day and I mentioned to her that I'm going to trade two breakfast meals a week for something vegan or raw. Thinking about it...what better day to start then Vegan Thursday? That being the plan I decided to whip up a few of my favorite treats for this week....

Raw Vanilla Bean Angel Food Cake

Raw Raspberry Cheesecake and Vanilla Bean Angel Food Cake

Twice a week I will make some type of vegan or raw breakfast and try to put together a recipe for everyone. Do you have any amazing ones I should try? xoxo Maggie

  13. Oh my gosh! I'd love for you to share a raw breakfast recipe with us. The only time I've ever had a raw dessert was last semester in a raw-friendly area where I bought some raw oreos :) Delicious. I plan on making raw cookie dough tomorrow!
