

Banana Cream Spinach Soup with Floating Banana Slices and Raw Pumpkin Seed Granola (not seen a Chocolate Dream cookie)
When I think of smoothies in the morning the first thoughts come to mind..cold..diet..boring!! But something soup like had my craving this morning so I experimented some and came up with what I call the perfect rawkin' soup. Very thin, velvety and sweet! Besides it being Vegan Thursday this recipe really can work for an afternoon pick me up or a great recovery smoothie after activity. And if you don't add ice cubes it won't freeze you out! :)
1 Very Ripe Banana
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Hemp Milk
1 tbsp Vanilla Brown Rice Protein
2 1/2 cups Spinach
1 tbsp Flax Seed
1 tsp Vanilla Extract, or actual Vanilla Bean
4 Ice Cubes
Blend until smooth. Add water if necessary! How are you spending Vegan Thursday?
