Saturday

You made it

I woke up this morning and said I don't have to be depressed,

Gifts from a friend

I said I don't need to carry that weight on my shoulders anymore,

I said I'm free, to be me, to live like a new person.

I said no more tears of sadness just joy,

Mash banana mixed with Rice Mellow Fluff on a Pillow of Greek Yogurt. Topped with Homemade Ginger Stars and one Raw Almond Cookie Dough Patty.

I said today is a fresh start and how I live in the present counts more then how I lived in the past,

I said things change for now on,

I said you did it girl, you made it.

  26. That was so beautiful. And it's so perfect that you had the "gift from a friend" under "you don't need to be depressed anymore." Totally! it's great to have friends that love you, and family, and support, and confidence in yourself.

Thank you for this bit of inspiration! It definitely brightened up my day.
