Blended Grains and Chocolate Things

Cinnamon Raisin Blended Multi grain Flakes Pudding with Banana Brulee

Hello there! I must share my spin in this recipe since its that good! Using the blended trick I threw in the blender multi grain flakes, cinnamon, vanilla brown rice protein powder and vanilla almond milk. I pulsed it just enough to incorporate everything then added the melted banana. After I let it sit in the fridge for five minutes it thickened up and became a rice like pudding. Oh my goodness gracious! Topped with cashews and raisins this one was a winner. If you love any type of batter then you will flip for this. Next time I'm planning on adding chocolate chips and some brown sugar! Katie your fantastic, enough said. :)

To launch Chocolate Covered Breakfast Week I had to make something involving chocolate right? Enter the best vegan chocolate chip cookie you'll ever eat in a lifetime.

Yes yes yes. Blending a dark chocolate bar instead of chips was completely worth it. You may never look at a chocolate chip cookie the same again. Recipe here. Go make these now or you'll be a rookie.

And if that isn't enough chocolate covered goodness...

I made a body scrub of the cookie extras + coconut oil, coffee grounds, honey. Heavenly!

I'm off to get over the end of a bad cold..aka take a long nap and drink buckets of tea. Please check out my shop today..I'm putting up replicates of two of my essential wardrobe staples that will soon be in a few local shops. So excited I could scream! Love, M

  9. The breakfast blend sounds delicious, sweet, and creamy.

Your food based body scrub looks incredible! Not to mention incredibly economical and useful for sloshing off dry, dead winter skin.

Best of luck overcoming your cold! I'm currently battling a gnarly one as well.
