Crazy for Coconut

Vanilla Brown Rice Protein Pancakes with Coconut Shreds and Topped with Bananas and Coconut Maple Syrup

Hello. I just got home from some early morning treasuring hunting for my store. Found some great things! But lets get on to some talk about breakfast..this morning I was excited to try the new protein powder samples Jay Robb sent me over. The obvious choice was to make pancakes so I infused them with some coconut oil, shreds and maple syrup. They tasted just like a snow coconut cake..you know the tiny ones at the markets you get as a child? Loved it. I was also surprised how I felt afterwards having the protein powder, being that it had stevia and I can't handle it normally, but I felt great!

I guess I'm crazy for coconut since it ended up in another treat...

Almond Joy Fudge Baby Shake

Ohhhh yes you heard me right. Fudge. Baby. Shake. Holy yum! While I was about to blend up some chocolate egg white protein powder I realized my stash of frozen bananas was nonexistent. I knew it was time to improvise...in other words bring out the good stuff. I popped two almond coconut chocolate fudge babies in the blender, some hemp milk, ice and let it swirl a bit. If you haven't done this already your truly missing out! I'm no stranger to this kind of protein powder, last summer it actually was on the menu daily, so I knew what to expect. Creamy, frothy and full of chocolate flavor!

Love to talk more but I have a million things to do. New updates to the shop this week. And an amazing artist is designing some adorable greeting cards that are a must for anyone into geeky aesthetics! xoxo

Coconut butter is my absolute favorite thing. The smell alone is divine, and the taste is out of this world. Great eats :)

yummy in my tummy! Protein powder is kind of a rare thing over here in England though, only really used by body builders, I might have to investigate though...
Love coconut too, just ordered my 1st jar of Artisana coconut butter! xxxxxxxx
