You believe, I believe

I would like to genuinely say thank you from the bottom of my heart to my fellow bloggers for putting out the word of belief in one way or another. Because of you other people, including myself, feel like we can conquer this and achieve a healthy life. No one likes to feel alone and I think that's what belief does..it ties us together under one solid goal. A few I want to mention that have taken it to heart this week...

With your openness, you gave me motivation. With your stories, you gave me strength. With your hopes, you gave me something to believe in.

As NEDA week comes to an end, I'm still believing in myself. I believe when next week rolls around and I embark on my first visit to the dietitian I will be just fine. I believe when every three hours passes I will nourish myself. I believe that I will always be me as the scale increases, just a healthier version! To share apart of my strong beliefs I put together the exact replicate of my favorite "belief" necklace. I've worn this necklace through it all and will continue to do so. I'm hoping that maybe someone will need the belief just as much as I do.

The Maggie Necklace

Love you lots. Whats one thing you will continue to believe in?

  5. I will continue to believe in full recovery from my Ed. In one day being completely anxiety and stress free when it comes to food. That it will be just another thing I do (as all humans) without thinking - not something ingrained in my mind in the form of obsession. I will continue to believe and move towards achieving this goal! and one day...I'll reach it. As will we all! :-D
