Cinnamon Rolls

I could write for two hours about how fantastic my sister's cinnamon rolls were this year but I will spare the words. Just don't drool. Too much.



Warm. Fluffy. Sweet.



I wanted to go the simple healthy route but being it was her turn she grabbed all the ingredients and went for it. This recipe is too close to her heart to share so instead I have a few of my very very favorite ones to note. Through trial and error I've concluded that the difference between mall cinnamon rolls and homemade cinnamon rolls are fresh ingredients. I think a memorable pastry require less oven time, good yeast and dewy sweet icing. I'm all about the glaze and if its not good enough straight up..its not good enough on a cinnamon roll. That's my motto!
