Long drives with friends. Brewing my own strawberry kombucha. The first snow. Strong lyrics. Brushed metal feathers. Writing notes to long lost ones. The past weeks have been bliss and I feel like its just going to keep getting better. I've set my mind to being the most positive person I can be and giving all I can to others..I think its truly working out for me! Besides that and snuggles with my dauchy Lulu..I've been nibbling on oatmeal raisin cookies from a local gluten free bakery, burnt coconut milk lattes and lots and lots and lots of pumpkin pie spice!

One of my favorite raw food company Navitas Naturals made it possible for me to try some of their famous and newly added goodies. I was so excited that I had to incorporate them into all my meals this week! Just a few of the things I can not stop eating this week with their lovely raw ingredients...more reviews to come!

Creamy Coconut Vanilla Oatmeal with Cashew Milk- the most creamy dreamy oatmeal, recipe coming soon, with melted banana and fall spices. Slowly cooked in cashew cream. Rich and amazing, these cashews add depth to any breakfast cereal -blend with water or coconut milk for the perfect decadence. Full of good fats, iron and protein!

-snack on handfuls
