
Sweet Mulberry Green Smoothie - simply add a handful of these lovely mulberries instead of any sweetener to your all time favorite smoothie recipe. I found they were super sweet and had this fig like quality to them. Full of iron and vitamin c make them the perfect super food!

-use in raw cookies or oatmeal baked cookies instead of raisins
-throw into a curry dish for sweetener
-baked sweet breads, banana, pumpkin
-add in an wrap with almond butter and apple slices
