Sometimes i feel that the world would be a better place if we were always honest with each other. Granted, that is a lot easier said than done. But i also think that saying random truths on a daily basis is not only good for your soul... but good for those around you as well. Awesome idea.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I LOVE brown rice breakfast. I like to make it like a fried rice with bits or chopped fruit and nuts. Banana walnut with blueberries was my recent concoction and it was uh-maiz-ing.
