Raw Angel Food Cake:
Crust:
- 1 cup blended Almond Meal and Cashews mixture (50/50)
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Raw Honey, or agave
- 3 large Dates
- 1 pinch ginger, optional
Cake Batter:
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Agave Nectar, to taste
- 1 cup soaked cashews (4 hours)
- 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp water, if needed
Blend together till creamy! Spread ontop of crust and put in freezer for a few hours to set. Allow to unthaw in fridge prior to eating.
